Will the new "temps" get more hours than the many part-timers already on the payrolls, many of them who, long before Obamacare was a campaign theme were downsized from full-time around the "dubya" re-election which saw more paper money created than ever before? When commerce continues this trend one can imagine the downward spiral it can create. Fewer payrollees to carry withholdings such as all tax levels, union dues, insurances, etc., just tax withholdings itself creates major alternative possibilities. Depending on how temp compensation is made determines some form of garnishment as you have to know by now. The economy has gone too far to expect the work force, most of which is already underwater, to make periodic withholding payments let alone open escrow accounts. The wave of temps will overwhelm temp agencies which transfer net pay to temps but remit withholdings. Nothing is normal, not the economy, not the financial markets, not the financial system or even the political system. The system still remains in the aftershocks of the `08 panic and near collapse, also from ongoing responses to the same by the federal government and the Federal Reserve. Further panic is possible and hyperinflation is inevitable. Temp agencies will have to limit their "full-time staff and temps" to 30 or less to avoid the same restrictions that the businesses/ companies they serve do.
America was built and maintained by the free enterprise system and will survive by those who have entrepreneurial spirit. Whatever develops out of the temps revolution, be it blamed on Obamacare or some other vision, it`s nice to know there are multiple streams of income in the health and entrepreneurial revolution, the new retirement - the entrepreneurial age! Every job lost to bad economics usually creates another. Bad politics is another thing of which lost jobs may create reactive work or likely not. The cascading middle class, no longer the original 3 tiers, may be too late as losing jobs via the porous border fence may find via the new iron curtain no work outside the US! Out, or in? Will it be a sole proprietorship or entity?
